An incredibly deep red color characterizes our Zweigelt. In the nose the wine shows deep fruit of fresh plums and dark berries with some hints of black pepper. On the palate the wine seduces with juicy fruit paired with fine acidity. The medium body is backed up by fine acidity and ends in a long and mouth filling finish.
Harvest by hand, strict yield reduction, uncompromising canopy management, no use of herbicides, close to nature, crop protection that is gentle to beneficial organisms are just some of our criteria that needs to be fulfilled to become a ZANTHO wine.
