THE PRODUCT – HÕBE Vodka is a premium vodka in Viru Valge range that is made for celebrating special occasions. HÕBE filtration takes almost three times as long as the ordinary production method – but the end product is more than worth it. HÕBE is made in small batches and its post-production finishing touches are made by hand.
BRILLIANCE AND TASTE – HÕBE means ‘silver’ in English and the vodka carries this name for a reason, because it passes through a multi-level cascade filtration system – first a charcoal filter, then 29 silver filter elements that give the drink its pure taste. Finally the vodka enters a polishing filter, which gives it its unique brilliance. Because of this filtration method, HÕBE has an alcoholic volume of precisely 39.2% – the volume at which vodka filtered through silver acquires the best balance between clean aroma and crisp taste.
SERVING – HÕBE is served at 5 °C and always together with special hors d’oeuvres.
