Product Description

  • ORIGINAL TERROIR

    Top of hillsides and rolled pebbles mainly on Courthézon then on Bédarrides and Orange.

  • GRAPE VARIETIES

    Grenache 90%, Mourvèdre 5%, Syrah 5%

  • WINEMAKING

    Destemming, vatting for 25 days in stainless steel vats, daily destemming and pumping over. Fermentation temperature 28 to 30°C.
    Aged for 12 months in barrels to give it roundness and aromatic complexity.

  • AGING

    12 months in barrels including 1/3 new barrels then in bottle before marketing.

  • TASTING TIPS

    Drink now or can be kept for 6-10 years. Serve between 15°-17°C.

  • SUPPORT ADVICE

    It goes well with all dishes with sauces such as Provencal stew, duck breast with porcini mushroom sauce, venison with cranberries and mature cheeses.
