Product Description

This range was created in 2017 and is dedicated to gastronomic wines that pair perfectly with game meats. This Gigondas will be a perfect match with the wild boar, as depicted on the label.

  • ORIGINAL TERROIR

    Alluvial terraces of red clay with limestone pebbles.

  • GRAPE VARIETIES

    Grenache 80%, Syrah 10%, Mourvèdre 5%, Cinsault 5%.

  • WINEMAKING

    Destemming, crushing, vatting for 20 to 25 days; load shedding and pegging. Vinification temperature 27 to 30°.

  • AGING

    9 months in vats. No barrels in order to show the purest expression of the terroir and grape varieties.

  • TASTING TIPS

    Drink now or can be kept for 6 – 10 years. Serve at 16°-18°C

  • SUPPORT ADVICE

    Wild boar terrine, roast wild boar, roast pork with prunes, stuffed guinea fowl, tomme, dry goat’s cheese.
