Product Description

Brand new cuvée born in 2020. Our Vacqueyras Domaine de la Libellule is made from vineyards located in the village of Sarrians. The Domaine name comes from the dragonfly “Libellule” symbol of the rich biodiversity found in the vineyards showing the good sanitary conditions of the vines.

  • TERROIR

    High gravely terraces from Garrigues Sud in Sarrians with pebbles and limestone gravels on brown marl.

  • GRAPE VARIETIES

    75% Grenache Blanc, 10% Roussanne, 5% Viognier, 5% Clairette, 5% Marsanne

  • WINEMAKING

    Selection of the best parcels successively harvested at optimum maturity according to the varietal. Full destemming, pneumatic pressing and low temperature fermentation between 12° and 14°C. No malolactic fermentation in order to preserve a maximum of freshness.

  • TASTING ADVICES

    To enjoy now or can be kept 1 to 3 years. Serve between 12 and 14°C

  • FOOD PAIRINGS

    As an aperitif, with a scallops tartare, grilled gambas, or with veal blanquette and goat cheeses.
