Product Description

This range was created in 2017 and is dedicated to gastronomic wines that pair perfectly with game meats. This Vacqueyras will be a perfect match with the pheasant which is represented on the label.

  • ORIGINAL TERROIR

    Clay-limestone with alluvial “scrublands” on the surface

  • GRAPE VARIETIES

    65% Grenache, 25% Syrah, 10% Mourvèdre

  • WINEMAKING

Harvested by hand with selection of plots according to their maturity.
3 to 4 weeks of maceration and pneumatic pressing.
Vinification and aging in concrete vats in order to gently extract the aromas and tannins, before softening and rounding the tannins during aging.

    9 months in concrete tank

  • TASTING TIPS

    Drink now and can be kept for 5-8 years. Serve at 16-18°C.

  • SUPPORT ADVICE

    It goes wonderfully with pheasant supremes with morels, a crusted beef steak, Norman-style veal chops or even a Provençal stew.
