Product Description

  • ORIGINAL TERROIR

    Rolled pebbles on clay and silica subsoil, mainly in the village of Courthézon.

  • GRAPE VARIETIES

    Grenache 90%, Mourvèdre 5%, Syrah 5%

  • WINEMAKING

    Destemming, vatting for 20 to 30 days in stainless steel vats, daily pumping over and removal. Temperature 28 to 30°C.
    Aged in concrete vats to soften the tannins.

  • AGING

    10 to 12 months in concrete tank. No wood in order to show the perfect expression of the terroir and the purity of the fruit.

  • TASTING TIPS

    To be enjoyed now and can be kept for 5-6 years. Serve at 16°-18°C.

  • SUPPORT ADVICE

    This wine goes perfectly with roasted or sauced meats, game and will form a perfect pairing with mature cheeses.
